Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) gives you a worldwide recognition as a project management expert, and helps you in your professional growth. Going through the certification process will also give you an opportunity to gain command over the subject and terminology that is key for success in your job (or next interview). At Kaugment Solutions, we have designed the program for you to absorb the content comprehensively to achieve all three objectives (pass the exam, apply the knowledge in real world, and confidently speak the language).

The fees for PMP certification exam are not included in our training fee. The exam fees must be paid directly to PMI as part of the application process. The cost to take the exam is $544 total ($139 to join PMI and $405 for the exam fees). You can pay for the exam without joining PMI, at a cost of $555. Since joining PMI saves you $11 on exam fees and you also receive PMI member benefits, we recommend becoming a PMI member before applying to take the exam.

You can sign up for the course up until the day the class begins. However, in order to ensure individual attention of instructor on each student, we allow a limited number of students per class. So, we recommend you enroll in advance to get the class of your choice. Besides, registering in advance will get you access to the on-line content well in time for you to prepare for the first class.

The PMP exam is administered at Prometric testing centers; Prometric has hundreds of centers worldwide and usually offers the PMP exam Monday through Saturday. Since each center is independently operated, you should check with your local center for hours of operation and exam availability. You can visit www.prometric.com to locate the Prometric centers. Note that, in some cases, the availability of testing appointments reflected on-line may seem rather limited. We recommend you call the center directly if this happens, as the availability shown on-line may not always reflect the true availability (due to cancellations, re-scheduling, etc.)

Course training location is displayed under "Course Logistics" on the "Project Management Training" course webpage. Before the classes begin, we will also send you an email with course details and logistics.

A PMI member can download a free copy of the PMBOK Guide. Visit www.pmi.org and log in. Scroll over the main menu item "PMBOK Guide and Standards," then click the sub-menu item titled "PMBOK Guide and the Library of PMI Standards." From that page you can download a free copy of the PMBOK Guide.

Once you enroll into a PMP training course with necessary payment, you will be given access (login and password) to the on-line portal which will have the complete on-line course content (video lectures, questions, etc.) and the forum to interact with instructors and peer students.

Both the programs cover the same content in same amount of total number of hours (4-week program has 3 classes per week and 6-week program has 2 classes per week). PMBOK is a highly comprehensive content and PMI will certainly test your depth in the subject through 200 challenging questions in 4 hours. So, if you have been somewhat familiar with the subject in the past (through education or experience) you may be able to cover it in shorter duration. Of course, it also depends on your own capabilities. Please feel free to contact Kaugment Solutions to help you make a decision; our instructors are more than willing to help you succeed.

We work hard along with you for your success. Our policy is simple. You must attend the entire course and complete at least two full-length practice exams provided by us. After that, if you do not pass the actual PMP exam from PMI in three attempts, we will refund your entire course tuition, provided that all attempts occurred within 3 months from the date of your course completion.
